im thinkin of makin a lightenin sorc but i need to kno the best skills to add to and what attributes i shud add to how much aprox in each one.

Simplest thing would be to just max Lightning, Chain Lightning, Charged Bolt, and Lightning Mastery. Then you would start raising Nova once that core was finished.

With this plan, you'd go for max vita. I've always been against max block on most sorcs. Think of it like this: Are you willing to invest around 200 points in Dexterity for the chance to block 75% of some attacks? You'll get one-hit killed a lot more often due to your lesser vitality, I promise.
