The "infinity" item, cant find it.

Feeling kinda useless here hehe, but after reading about some item named infinity that lowered enemies lightning resist by 80% i tried to find it. Couldnt find it on google, not in the data base or anythng.

What stats are needed to equip it, what item level is it and what body part? Also is it a unique or what?

It's a runeword. Go to the Arreat Summit and check the 1.10 runewords.

You might be intimitated for the high strenght req in some infinity-weapons (http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/items/elite/polearms.shtml), but note that andariels visage gives you nice str boost:

Edit: most people prefer ethereal colossus voulge for high damage, some fancy giant tresher for the speed.

Make it out of an ETH Scythe if you want to waer it on yourself and look stylish.

Or a non-ethereal Poleaxe, since the strength requirement is low enough for anyone to reach and you'll be able to make use of the Cyclone Armor.
