How do I get this crazyyyyy visual lag 2 stop

The past few months I have been having extreme visual lag were I will lag like crazy(visually) for like 30 seconds, usually ending up with me dying which is, as you might expect, quite frustrating (especially during duels) anyone know how to combat this type of crap.

- stop having background music and software
- put LOD in 2D

- try a bit to play in windows instead of full screen. If still laggy
check connection, change eventually provider
