Since the new ladder patch is approaching, I wanted to know a good build that can well... mf, pvm well in hell. I was thinking of a light sorc because not many monsters have light immunity. Then again the damage they deal out isn't efficient to kill off some bosses in hell. That's where the blizzard sorc comes along but there are many cold immunes in hell as well. Then there is the summoner nec which could pretty much solo hell but isn't fast enough without a enigma. Which do you think would be the better choice?

For a starter MF sorc I prefer a pure blizz. You can mf meph/pindle/andy very fast while still retaining a large amount of mf. The issue of cold immunes I would assume would only be an issue while you are leveling up your character since your going to have to actually play through the game instead of get rushed if you start right after ladder resests. I thought about this problem alot and decided that I would just have to make my merc a nice insight as soon as I could so he can take care of immunes for me. A nice might merc with an insight should deal with cold immune problems. Oh another thing, If you want to run lvl 85 areas run Ancient Tunnels which has no natural cold immunes I believe. The masoleum is also pretty good for a pure cold sorc I hear.
