I wanted to read the The PvM Shredsin (WhirlWind) - by Tragics guide, but the strategy compendium seems down. :sad2:

I remember I once tried the build quickly in SP with sub par gear and I remember the repair costs of the claws very obscene. Although I don't remember if I used superior claws. :tongue:

Anyway, anyone played a ww-sin purely for pvm and how you think it worked?

I've played with whirlwind/firetrapper, the concept isn't comparable to the Shredsin - however I will say somethings first as the compendium is down :/.
The damage wasn't that good, but if you couple the damage with Venom and Claw mastery and maybe some other goodies, it should be quiet good.
Don't forget not getting any Superior claws in any way as you mentioned, they are evil. Maybe if you want to utilize max damage and perfect gear in PvP but NOT otherwise the PvM way.
The cost of superior claws, even with the Superior 1 Attack rating bonus takes hilarious cost to repair. ( ral, orts can repair stuff, forgot which )

Overall with only WW I went into the den and cleaned it, but it wasn't at any GOOD speed, Fallens become irratitable and my OW couldn't do that much damage being lvl 70ish.
I'd say there was some lack of AR and damage output by other sources that did that so ineffective.
But with that it would work. Surprised no one replied yet :> and gl with the build.
