Hi all,
few days ago I have started my first PvM kicksin (maybe she'll try ubers too) and now need your advice.
First here is my setup/gear:

Fortitude
Stormlash
Stormshield
Verdungo
Guill face umed
Dracul's
upped GoresMetalgrid
Raven/rare dual leach ring

20 Dtalon, 20 SM, 20 DS, 1pt in all other usefull skills (20 points free atm)
Resist are almost at max, so I'm using BoS instead of Fade.
At lvl 84 I have 180 free stat points and around 1000hp - should I invest them to vitality or dexterity? Will that be enough for max block (at lvl 90, I won't go higher)?

I think you should have enough points to attain max block. That is the way I would go since you are using a shield anyway.

You're close melee combat, so block is lot more preferable over vita.

Thanks a lot, 75% block with 50% damage reduction makes wonders :cloud9:

It's a tough call -- the Dex needed for a max block is pretty frightening, but there are certain ways in which you can still achieve max block and have some stat points leftover to pump up your life. One of the few areas where sins don't get screwed is by getting 3 life per vit.

Personally, I'd replace the rare dual leech ring with another ravenfrost to save some more dex points and get your raw AR up. The AR bonuses on most martial arts are sick, and you're going to be leeching from Dracs anyway.

The nice thing about your setup is the flexibility you have with jewels from the SL, SS, and Guillaume's. I'd personally go with fade, and throw a shael in the SL, and maybe an IAS jewel in the SS, or an Eld.

Keep in mind if you wander in U-Trist, you're going to need to stack your resists 125 over 75, and the 50+ resist all from even a modest investment in Fade will go a long way to get there.

Another solution is to go with Guardian Angel, which will help with your block as well, but you'll be taking a major hit in resists.

One last U-Trist tip: remember to keep CoS handy. The archers that hang around U-Meph can lag you with the Chance to Cast Shiver Armor from Fort.
