maphack in tourneys?

That means: no trainers, hacks, map programs, edited items or characters.

Generally, you can only use something if a tournament specifically requires/allows something.
(I do not know of a tournament allowing maphack, as far as I know it is generally not used here on the SPF. EDIT: I'm not even sure if our mods would allow a tournament with usage of maphack)

Even ATMA, RWM or RRM or could be not allowed for tournaments, they must be specifically mentioned by tournament rules before you use them.
If they are not in the rules, ask for clarification.

As has been covered already by others, if you want your characters to be able to interact in any way on the SPF (trade, MP, giveaway, tournaments) then you cannot use any hacks or dupes.
