When I was tinkering with wolf IAS calculators, I noticed that the werewolf skill IAS seems to suffer from a cap, or a diminishing return. After a certain amount of werewolf IAS (depending on WSM, OIAS, etc.) more points in werewolf would not net me another breakpoint, but more WIAS would. But I thought werewolf IAS would be considered SIAS, and thus would not suffer from the diminishing returns of equipment IAS.

Can anyone explain why the werewolf skill IAS seems to become ineffective past a certain point?

Basically, all skill-based IAS are capped off for wereform breakpoints. Skill-based IAS, item-based IAS (converted to EIAS) and wsm (negative to what AS lists) are capped at 75 at a certain point in the equation.

For example, having a phase blade (-30 wsm) and 100% item-based IAS (54% EIAS) will result in any skill-based IAS being unnecessary, including that granted by werewolf form.
