[ESCL]Need some ubers help

Hi there, I wanted to fight the ubers with my summoner but ended up messing up a bunch and getting nowhere. Would anyone be able to help save my torch?

edit: didnt notice the [ESCL] is that US east or Europe?

E is useast. Eu is normally used for europe.
