Hi pals,

Would a Sanctuary based pally be any good ? By maxing Sanctuary and Clearsing, I thought with an incredible increase damage for undeads and magic damage added to attack, this skill could be pretty fine.

Also, since I don't see this skill very often, such a character would make a great party member. What do you think ?

Has any of you ever tried this build ? What are your reccomendations for skills/gear ? Is there any guide (I couldn't find one....:undecided: )

I actually wanna try a different type of pally, and a not too expensive one.

Thanks

The sad thing is, Sanctuary is bugged. I don't know exactly what was wrong with it, but I thought more skillpoints in it only increased its range.

That being said, Sanctuary is not a viable main skill...

Really ? Dang !

How can they still can come up with buggs in patch 1.11b.... Darnit.

So what skills could be fun/different/party friendly ?

I've seen Auradins but are they any effective without those insane runewords that give holy fire ? I could probably afford Dreams tho. Is this build viable with only Dreams and skills for a untwicked ?

Thanks

Sanctuary does only a fraction of the damage advertised. It is only really useful for knocking back/stunning undead, and removing their physical immunities.

You can build a Paladin using dual Dreams running conviction - it's called a Dreamadin funnily enough. :P They are actually quite effective. The Conviction Aura is extremely party friendly also.

The bonus damage% to undead doesn't work. But it will treat any positive physical resistance on an undead as 0.
