What are Organ Sets?

Is a complete set the eyes, horn and brains of the 3 bosses?

What are they used for?

And how do I find them? As in which monsters would drop them?

They are exactly that, eye/horn/brain = organset.
You get one organ vs each keyset, and keys are dropped by countess, summoner and nithlatak.
3 keys = 1 organ so 9 keys = organset.

I just read a previous thread below mine and have a better idea now. lolx

is the countess the one to kill for the merc reward in act 1? and how rare are the drops? i.e. can expect at least 1 to drop in usually how many runs?

the merc reward in act 1 is blood raven. the countess is the one in the dark tower in black marsh.
