Whats do you think?
Considering using FG is it really worth spending *removed* instead of *removed* for a 20/-20 Jewelers Monarch? Im just trying to get other opinions before i attempt to roll for a JMOD, or if i am just going to make a junk 20/-20. Seriously, does 30% faster block rate, and 20% increase chance of blocking really make the value shoot up that much? I understand its rare and all, but still...

Please don't discuss issues involving FG here - krischan

The Reason a JMOD is so expensive is it allows you to have a 20/20 monarch while still allowing you to attain maxblock. I wouldn't want to try and get maxblock with a regular monarch...Not to mention JMOD's are rare, In all my years of D2 I don't think I have seen one item with Jewelers in the name.

BTW, to be better than a plain 4 socket monarch, a jeweler's monarch should have a second, useful mod. These facets aren't cheap...

I do not think it is a good idea to cube a jmod, as there are so many permutations you will be better off buying one, as in it will be cheaper to buy one than to buy the average number of pgems needed to cube it.

With that being said, prices in d2 are dictated by pvp. The jmod is one of the higher end range of pvp gear, and thus its price validates that. If you can afford to buy one and if you can use it, buy it. If you are pvm, just use the 20/20 monarch.

Sorry, but could you please rephrase that? I'm pretty much sure I'm not the only one having problems figuring out what you've just said.

The deleted part mentioned an item valuation in FG which is not acceptable. Just mentioning FG is not that problematic. It depends on the context.

BTW, it seems I overlooked the other FG evaluation, so I just removed it as well.
