Pally to kill ubbers

I have several great pallys to kill the ubbers in trist, but I do die trying to kill meth. I would appreciate any ideas for the best equip to make him the perfect killer.

He is using conviction and fanaticism

Equipment
Dream helm in a bone visage
Fort armor 1600 plus def
Dracs gloves
Gorerider boots
Herald of Z with an Um rune in it/I also have and Exile in a vortex shield Eth
Belt (I am not sure which is best)
Bulcathos/Ravenfrost
Maras ammy
Last wish Baxe/phase blade

I would appreciate any suggestions to improve this Pally

Stack res. Don't use conviction unless it's level 20 or above. Use salvation aura if you really have to.

Item's for stacked res:

Kiras guardian
Chains of honor
4 ort pally shield with a high base res

And slap on a thundergods vigor for lightning absorb and more max res

Dream is worthless here, get anything with CB/res. Or blackhorn's for meph.
Fort doesn't have res does it? I assume you res isn't maxed, more res or CB.
T-god's belt will go a long way in making meph a pussycat. T-god's and blackhorn's will make you pretty much invincible against meph.

Yeah, the lowest fort gives 25 res. Still, if you're still having res problems, coh would probably solve them seeing as how it can give 40 more res than fort.
