HoZ blocking

I just traded for a HoZ and I see that the chance of blocking is 75%, but the Arreat Summit says it has 82% chance of blocking. Does it have 82% but only display 75% or is there something up with my HoZ?

The 82% you see on the HoZ is the base blocking chance of the shield, which is not the same thing as your actual block. Your actual block is affected by the shield block, dexterity, and level. The max actual block you can have is 75%.

No, I mean the level of blocking on the shield is 75% instead of 82%.

The base block of the shield can be higher than 75 (such as Hoz) but it still only shows 75. The base block of 82 is still counted in calculating your actual block.
