some smiter questions

i just found andys visage from baal and was wondering if it was a decent helm for a smiter?

how much total ias from gear do i need to hit the last smite bp with a greif pb and maxxed fanat?

You don't need any ias if you use a pb. There are better alternatives for smiters than Andy's.

i usually use guilames just cause its dirt cheap.. but yes a ber'd shako would be nice...

if you do use the andy's however, make sure to stick an um or something into it to counter the -fire resist

That's what i do. I use an um'd 70 res kiras if i duel casters/elemental users and a ber shako for everything else.

i got a 67 clean kiras, ill um it when i get the rest of my gear... p torches and wisps are very hard to get ahold of
