or whatever his name is. I made lightening sorc specially for this reason. she does it verry well and has 270 MF or something like that. now I did over 200 runs in the last few day's and got nothing at all. some yellow stuff that I could sell but nothing worth keeping. now did I just have verry bad luck or are pindle runs just not worth doing?

Pindle isn't better at dropping good stuff than random bosses. In fact he is worse because unlike random bosses in L84 and L85 areas, he cannot drop ilvl 87 items, like Arachnid Mesh, Azurewrath and Tyrael's Might. However, he is very quick to be reached and very easy to kill.

never mind, found a list of lvl 85 areas.

He has about twice as good odds of dropping any item than an L85 boss. Arachnid's, Azurewrath and Tyrael's Might are the only items he cannot drop of which the most useful item, Arachs, can be found from Meph with reasonably good odds.

If it is worth running Pindle depends on how fast you can run an L85 area and how many bosses you kill there.

I admit that I haven't checked the numbers.

Anyway, doing only Pindle runes will quickly lead to a temp ban from battlenet, as you need less than a minute to make one. Regarding Pindle I'm normally doing Tunnels and Eldritch as well with my meteorb sorc.

I have no idea what you mean with tunnel and eldritch.
normally I make game, kill andy, kill countess do pindle and then make new game.
pindle takes me about 10-20sec I would say.

I meant the Ancient Tunnels below the Lost City in act 2. It's a L85 area where bosses can drop anything (except Baal charms), just like the Pits. It's particularly easy there with a meteorb sorc.

Eldritch is to the north of the first waypoint in act 5.

I doubt you can do Pindle in 10-20 seconds. Creating the game and running/teleporting to there already needs more time. Of course, once you are there, he's dead in a few seconds.

well seeing that I first do andy and countess, I start counting from the moment I take wp to act 5. so creating the game isn't in those seconds.
and specially for you I timed one, and creating + leaving the game took me 16seconds.

3sec (creating) + 8seconds (running+tele) + 5sec (killing + taking stuff)
this is ofcourse without any lag

I have the same problem in fact, even though I have 400% MF, my average pit run gives me... 1 rare, no unique/set? And even then still all crap?

Compared to mephisto runs where I had like... on average 1 unique or set per 2 runs (and mephi runs go 4 times faster than pit runs).

Most every coa or griffons I've found was off Pindel. Its worth the few extra seconds.

i always do pindle first...but then again, I use his dead army to raise my skellies first thing in game. Then he's right up there waiting for me, so I take him out.
I don't think I've ever gotten anything great off of him...but he's quick and easy, do I do it.

200 runs is nothing. We at Spf are used to run him a lot more, because we are not afraid of temp ban. See results of this tournaments where each participant run him 2K times.

You can't exepct him to drop like an act boss, but since act bosses can't drop all items and even Baal drops TC87 with very low probability, the easiest way to obtain the TC87 uniques is to kill Pindle or random unique bosses in lvl85 areas.
