5 OS Berserker vs 5 OS phase blade

I am a newcomer. I got a 5 OS Berserker and I am looking for to trade a 5 OS phase blade to make a grief for my paladin. Someone is telling me the 5 OS Berserker worth more than the blade. can someone tell me why??

5os Zerker is optimal weapon for more popular recipes. Doom, Beast, Grief to name a few. Some builds require up to four of these for one char.
5os Phaseblade is pretty much only good for grief. And in my experience a heck of a lot more common than a 5os zerker.
So in a nutshell, 5os Zerker is more sought after and less common.
Phaseblade value is about 1/5 of the Zerker if even that.

A 5 soc berserker axe is substantially rarer than a 5 soc phase blade. Also, the berserker axe has more base damage (although the damage difference in damage becomes minimal when talking about Grief), and berserker axe is preferred in PvP since it has superior range.
