Socketed Natalya's Shadow

After a few days of heavy searching to find and trade for one, I was able to obtain a Natalya's Shadow earlier this morning. About five minutes ago, however, I did something on accident that ruined the entire armor; I was clicking in my inventory and put a Chipped Skull into my socketed (3) armor! It is terrible! I am not sure if there is any way, but can I get that blasted skull out of my otherwise perfect Natalya's Shadow? Or is there a way I can exchange this one for a fresh one?

Hel rune + tp scroll + socketed item => socketed item with sockets cleaned and the socketables in the sockets destroyed.

20-30 runs on the Countess in NM or Hell should give you a decent chance of Hel rune. If that doesn't work, hellforge quest on hell has a 1/11 chance of dropping a Hel.
