can you reroll crafted items using 3 perfect gems in the cube? figured i'd ask before losing any gems.

also, what's the best way to find high ilvl items to use in the recipes?

No, and you can't lose gems by trying that because it won't do anything.

The best way to get items for crafting is to gamble them with a high level character.
