prayer merc synergizes with meditation? Sez woo?

Hi. As title.

I got a prayer merc for mah warcry baba and it sure doesn't look like his aura is synergizing with insight. At least I don't notice any difference to my previous definance merc.

So Q is: does it syn or not?

Sez me. A Prayer merc wielding Insight will heal you twice as quickly as a Prayer merc without Insight. The reason you don't notice is because Prayer Mercs really don't heal you that quickly to begin with- We're talking an average of 12 HP per second without Insight and 24 HP per second with it. If you have 1,500 life, it would take more than a minute to completely refill your red orb, even with Insight.

Yes, but combined with a Paladin's Cleansing aura (Medic or Avatar), all three auras give insane replenishment to the entire party, minions and mercenaries alike. Add their own replenishment, the Pally's Holy Bolt and a Necromancer summoner can usually tank an eight-player game without fear (not necessarily without stupidity, though).

If the necro and pallys decent they can tank an 8p game anyways.
And I don't find Necros tanking very much.

The life reg will not be that crazy though.

I see it now: I thought the synergy increased the meditation aura level, not prayer... lol.

Yeah, prayer is definitely synergized.. life regen is like 100/sec now ^^
