probably isn't my original idea, but i was watching windies and necros telestomping with minion stack and then it hit me. there is a damage split when minions are involved in a fury or zeal or jab attack.

for my next level up[92], would it be wise to invest in spirit wolves so i can lay one out right as i am about to be fury'd? it would divert at least one hit if casted close enough to my body.

then again, this is almost exclusively only in private duels where i'll be dealing with other wolves. i see almost no zealots or jabzons in pubbies. so is it worth it to place a hard point into spirit wolves?

or keep synergizing my cyclone armor?

i've always had 1 in spriit wolves an ravens

wolves = meat shields
ravens i have killed people with hehehe, and tey havea chance to force them to block

what are you new age wolves doing?

Why the hell not. 1 more point in a synergy for cyclone is getting you 3 more sorb and you can't even recast in wolf form. Spirit wolves on the other hand may divert up to 5 attacks away from you. Seems like a no brainer to me.

One into spirit wolves and ravens is a must have as Tor already stated.

They also work good to predict a hammer paladins charge desync path to possibly block there path for a split second.

The correct question is: Why wouldn't you put a point there?

sometimes i am made aware of my own limitations

1 into spirit wolves it is. i've already got the ravens for blocklocking

I find wolves good for pubies when facing smiters, when you smack him with your 2-hander a few times and 1 hit him he'll notice you can't possibly doing this damage with a 1-hander, and then comes the barage of charges, but with 5 wolves around you the charge isn't nearly as easy to lock with a moving wolf. Works like a charm IMO.

spirit wolves are a staple for any druid dueler.

Spirit wolves can also deter tstorm, and my favorite, foh. Its helped me kill fohers when I had 1 health many a time. However, if they are smart and switch to holy shock for 1/10 a second...

even if youre only dueling other wolves, fury hits 5 surrounding targets, and lucky you, you can cast 5 wolves! so its possible you may even survive their first fury completely unscathed. and hey, if you can have a free head start to start wailing on them, why not?

yes, yes these are all things i've considered, but when i was dueling you, kiba, elliot, and a few other gg wolves, we all only used ravens?

anyway....just a moot note.

Don't use Wolves Fury v Fury. MuD and I CIed a game twice because we had torches go off simultaneously.
