can anyone help me fix this problem?

at very random times, i cant type properly for some reason and this happens:

it gets very frustrating. on my hammerdin, i cant switch from tele to concentrate without letting go of shift. and whenver this box thing comes up, i have to press shift or esc for it to go away. and i repeatedly have to do this every time i push a key on the keyboard

anyone else ever have this problem? what should i do.

Remove your extra languages under Regional and Language Options
Left Alt + Shift actually switches between language inputs
