1st Smiter

HI guys im going to make my first smiter Ever.But i cant find a guide to go by so will any one help me with skills and stats ? Also iv been getting mixed msges about max block and im not sure what to do some ppl say put dex some say dont. I am lost here and would like some guide lines plz ty.

It was among the stickies, but if you didnt know smiters are called "Vindicators" i can understand why u didnt find it.
