str : to the extent to wear the gear desired

dex : is this important

Vitality : larger hp pool so im not so squishy

Energy : mana pool increase is a large mana pool good?

wat should i focus on first for instance?

It depends what kinda necro are you?

Dont waste any points in strenght.

Put points in dexterity if you want to get max block.

All rest points vitality, none in Energy

Max Block can be useful if this is for pvm. I just dont bother max block for pvm builds.

str/dex is mainly used to equip gear and to gain max block. i like to block, some ppl dont

vita/energy is customised each to hes own, mostly peeps take vita>energy

try going plain without energy at all and keep some points spared if you decide to need some energy

Strength : Enough for the armor you wear I dont recall the strength requirement for an Archon Plate but that should work out great for any RuneWords.

Dexterity : My recommendation is going Max Block . You dont get much hp for investing into Vitality.

Vitality : The rest. Your could get charms to further help or probably a "Call To Arms" Runeword weapon which gives you Battle Orders.

Energy : If you are playing untwinked then maybe a few points here but once you get to a sufficient level you will most likely regret it. Another option possible is getting an Insight Polearm for your merc (If you are on ladder).

If you have access to those great items like an Anni and Torch then the amount you will have to invest for Strength and Dex will be much lower than one who doesnt have these. Also use the formula to calculate the Max block to preplan the amount of Dex you need.

Block for Dex/Level: CTB = [block x (Dex - 15)] / 2clvl

max block depends on the biuld.. for a summoner, you can have up tp 70 mean shields around you (you wont get hit, let alone need block).

for a bone necro or for pvp, block is worth the dex investment
