Which to use for my hybrid?

I have a few gear slots where i'm not sure exactly what to use.
It's a GA/LF/LS hybrid build using a fury(warfork)-wielding (to be exchanged for beast) might merc.
my pretty-much-set gear at the moment (Clvl 67) is an enigma scarb husk, thundergods, 40IAS/leech war javs with rhyme(pavise) mahim-oak and treehaunch

for helm, which is my biggest debate, its a choice between Tal's, Orphan's or crown of thieves. none of these are socketed yet, and leftovers are available for my merc. the reason tal's is a maybe is mostly for the resist all which i'm lacking quite a bit of so whichever i use, it'll probably be um'd. I may have to go with another armour if i dont have about 30~40 resist all on my helm

the other is my bow. I've got Lycander's aim, not yet socketed and a call to arms ceremonial bow with +2B&C. Lyc's does quite a bit more dmg and has an extra +1 to all skills, but CtA is faster and has the warcries.

you are going for a guide arrow, lighting fury/lightning strike hybrid. I wonder why those skill as I think you have chosen a hard combination, anyway.

why are you using 40 IAS/leech war javs. I think you are better set if you find some nice +skill javs, with IAS if possible; The lightning side is build around +skills. You can get IAS elsewhere. I don't really see much leech in you build, if you have ditched the leech javs, so Tal's is a good helm, though it looks like crap. Perhaps you could try to find an other one, this is a great merc helm too. On the other hand, crown of thieves has more ll, though high str aswell. Try to get it on you merc if possible.

As a bow, you might to have a fast bow, as fast as possible to shoot those guided arrows. Even with fast attack speed, guided isn't that great for pvm. So I would focus on that. Note that the added IAS will have you lightning skills too.

P.S. can you give beast to a merc?
P.P.S. it really is stronger then me, why enigma? I always find this debatable on an amazon.

I think i'll explain my general game plan, might make things a bit clearer.
firstly, i use LS more than LF. i rush with LS to do as much dmg as possible while monsters are still spread out. by the time the start swarming, it only takes a throw or two finish the pack off and any left-overs get picked of with GA or by my merc. in practice, i find 40 IAS kills a lot faster than a bit of extra +skill dmg and also faster attack speed means less chance of being interrupted. when i get later in hell, i'll probably switch for chains of honour for the resist more than anything else. for now (act1), the FRW and tele help with getting in and out of the fray before monsters start swarming. the life, life-for-kills, dmg reduction, +skills, etc aren't too bad either, tho i admit there is better out there.
