other then infinity and thunderstrok what has -lightning resists?

You can also get a wand with charges of Lower Resist.

Also, note that only Lower Resist and Conviction are capable of breaking lightning immunities; All -res from gear only works when the monster's resistance is below 100. -res from gear only works for your attacks when you (nor a mercenary, party member, etc) are using the item.
