Hey, I just reached lvl 89 and cant figure out what would be a good skill to put my remaining 10 points in as I level my way to 99. Here's what my points look like now. Skel mastery and Summon Skeleton are maxed btw.

Summoning Skills:
Skel Mastery:45 Sum skel:44
claygolem:22
GolemMastery:22 Sum Mage:41
bloodgolem:22
SumRes:24 irongolem:22
firegolem:0 Revive:30

PnB skills:
teeth:14 bonearmor:14
PDagger:0 CE:14
bonewall:14
PExplode:0 BSpear:15
bcage:14
PNova:0 BSpirit:21

Curses:
17 in all

The Bone skills were added earlier when I had a ****ty merc so I'd use cage and spirit to start skels. I do plan on eventually doing UberTrist, I just need a bunch of allres smallcharms first. I dont really rely on any golems but I do use a clay golem since it slows enemies and has tons of health. I looked up on a skillcalculater and found out if i put iron maiden up 10 points there is 850% damage returned which is pretty nice. I also looked up 10 points added to summon resist is only 71 when i have 68 the way it is now so adding to that for 3% is pretty useless. Sooo i guess my choices are golem mastery, clay golem, finish skel mages(18real points in it already), corpse explode, or a curse. What are your thoughts.

1. max out mages, your almost there anyways
2. put a single point in fire golems, just for the sake of it (syncs other golems if i dont remember totaly wrong)
3. max out ce, high radius owns
4. depends really.. rest points to bone armor or revive

my summoner is lvl 95 and has 7 unused skill pts and ~35 ish stat points unused. i just dont know what would i want more

there is no reasont to pumb points into golem mastery/summon resist cause +skills mostly make up the rest. same goes for curses

There's no point in adding to revives because you rarely will have over 30 revived monsters staying alive long, they keep running out of time and you have to revive instead of corpse explode and I have no idea where you got that fire golem theory from, sounds bogus.

checked.. it really does sync for other golems

and if you alredy have made up your mind why are you asking? i jsut gave you some alternatives.. my nec has 8 skill points unused, havent found any use for them yet :jig:

How do you mean 'sync'. are you talking about the 6% dmg/lvl synergy or something else?

yes.. but its more of an funny golem than real boost up the dmg of your glay golem..

Weird I thought that those synergies worked on hard points only. That is if you invested 1 pt in Fire Golem and you had +15 skills you would still only get 6% dmg increase if you made an Iron Golem (hence benefiting from the 1 point you actually invested)

Since you have skellies, you might wish to try Amplify to give them an extra edge. Also, can your minions tank against bosses when there are no corpses to use? If not then probably anything that boosts the life of your golems..

Put one hard point in Revives and the rest in CE. Revives are a lot tougher than skellies, so they can even take the pounding of Lilith and other mini ubers and if you revive monsters with crushing blow, you could even go for the big three. CE is one of the most powerful skills in the game, so 1 point is a must, but the bigger the arrea of effect, the bigger the mess you create.

Thats correct which is why I dont know what he's talking about syncing. If I wanted to add more damage I'd put the point into golem mastery or iron golem(which synergies 35% per point).

When I'm not fighting something uber I use amplify alot such as in hellcows and yea so far normal HellBaal cannot kill any of my revives.

Yea, I'm leaning towards putting any more skillpoints i gain into corpse explode. I accidentally put an extra point into revivevs again when I had my lvl89 skillpoint free and was looking over my skill tree :undecided:

You dont describe the points you have invested in curses.

I find that dim vision is awesome. It freezes most bad guys in postion so my skels can that them on 1 at a time and so they don't charge at me or my mages. I play hardcore so the safety aspect is most important to me.

Confusion is a good alternative to dim vision as it causes them to fight each other. I prefer dim vision though.
