i was just wandering:scratch: ... is it possible to find gloves with more than 20%IAS?? i never saw one of these before ...

Nope. Only 10 and 20 IAS is possible on rare/magic gloves. There are set gloves with more IAS (IK, Death's and Sigon's are the ones I can think of right now) as an item set bonus.
