Why can't my pit runner kill stufff..... faaaast...

Alright, I had a pit runner about a year ago, who ran the pits like no tomarrow, and quickly, moderately fast in an 8p game.
I don't know whats different now, and can't find my equipment list.

Here's my equip on my zon this time around -
WindForce - Amn'd (should I shael it?)
Enigma Scarab husk (I already had the str XD)
Shako (should I ED/IAS jewel it?)
WT's 31
chance gaurds upped once
Goldwrap upped once
2x nagels
cat's eye

On switch - Spirit monarch/wizzy for tele

my stats are -
257 vit
210 dex
157str
No energy

Last time, I went all vit. I've reached a point where I have enough vit, so I'm going dex now, but it isn't helping much.

I have an OK zon torch, but it doesn't help super much.
My skills are -
Multiple shot/Strafe (I regret the MS now XD)
11 points in all dodging passives, and max valk. 75% penetrate.

What did I do wrong? Should I scrap and remake, and skip MS? I really only use it for cows.

Or... should I just toss in a few 40/15s? Maybe in the bow and in the helm? Or am I better off with a shael in the weapon?

I'm pretty confused.

harmony on switch

currently i only have a gheed, 100psn/7life sc, id tome, flawless gem, and a set of keys in my inventory. 4 tp's in my belt. this way i can pick up a ton of crap on the fly and keep going. only id when i fill up.

might merc using:
reapers
eth shako
eth upped ptopaz skulders (if i'd had the str i'd be using it).

does single player and up to 5 or so player pits fast. does 1-3 player chaos sanc w/o too much trouble.

Alright, I got a steelskull (1ED from perf, perf MF, for a high rune! LULZ!)
and... with a 15IAS jewel (no one will sell me a 40/15 for less than 6HR, that doens't make sense at all... west ladder)
And I have a +1all faith laying around...
I reach 88IAS. that puts me at 1 point off from the 9frame break point... and makes me pretty pissed. I still need some IAS/KB gloves, but it only needs to have 10IAS, so I should be able to get some for pretty cheap, or even craft some myself. (or if anyone has some to donate... :) )

But yeah, good call. This is helping so far.

i prefer knock back, but like aman said. LoH is good too. i actually asked a while back what everyone prefers. pretty even results (http://forums.diabloii.net/showthread.php?t=551933), not really surprised by the outcome.
