IIRC, not only does Inner Sight work, but it also works off of base defense- so if a character has 1000 base defense and +300% defense (4000 defense total), and you have -1000 defense on Inner Sight, it will reduce his total defense to 0.

in other words: it works spectacularly well in PvP against opponents with huge amounts of skill-bases %e-def.

Like Barbs & Pallys for example.

if it weren't limited by the extremely low level of inner sight charges. (-40 def ftw?)

hee i found some gloves with a lvl 4 innersight rating anyone can wear.they have 40 charges.i think me new barbs gtn those beauts.:blush:
