Depends on what realm you play. If Europe, 5pgs for some non-eth Titans.

Some people will try to sell it for HR's. But don't pay that. Too much. Run Baal about 3000 or 4000 times, you're bound to find it sooner or later. Try the price check forum, too.

Believe it or not. . .the monster most likely to drop Titan's revenge is Normal Baal. You have roughly a 1:600 chance to get 'em from him.

Normal Nilathak can also drop them and Lister and his minions can, too. . .but their odds are MUCH longer. Like Dacar said. . .just run normal Baal and sooner or later they'll drop.

Who knows- you may get ultra lucky and an Ethereal set will drop.

As above. Check the trade values forum for your realm, you shouldn't end up paying more than pgems.
It won't be hard to get a set, tons of players have them lying around :thumbsup:
