Easies way to get Anni?

There are so many annis going around , right now in USWest. I was wondering.. What is the best and how do you, get annis? I've heard a few things of a Uber Diablo.. Is that true?

easy way? collect 200 pgs and you should be more than done :idea:

anyways, easyest way is still to go via trade. atleast for me since i'v seen dclone only once and even that kill was for my frind (dclone is a wuss btw..) :rolleyes:

The only way to get annis is through the world event which spawns Pandemonium Diablo. (Not technically 'Uber' Diablo, since that's a different D - the one that spawns in Uber Trist.) Pan Diablo "Walks The Earth" when the right number of people are selling Stones of Jordan on the server you're currently on. Finding the right server is pretty much entirely luck of the draw, unless you're cheating. (Which the majority of people who anni-hunt on b.net are.)

When Diablo walks the earth, you go out and kill the first Super Unique monster you come to. He can spawn anywhere in the world, wherever you choose. Just kill a Super Unique, and he'll rise from where you killed them. He's not TOO hard to kill, if you have the right character to beat him. You'll need something that does a lot of damage in a short amount of time - someone who hits fast and with high amounts of Crushing Blow would be best.

Pandemonium Diablo has been around for a long time now - probably instituted into the game as a way to get rid of all the duped SoJs out there. The best legal way that I know of to get an Annihilus is to hang around in Hell games at the expense of eating and sleeping, and wait for enough people on your server to sell Annis to get him to spawn. When the magic number of Annis is reached, Pandemonium Diablo will be ready to spawn in every game that's currently open on the server in which the SoJs were sold.

There's also a chat channel in the game for people who sit around and wait for a server to 'go hot', which means it's almost ready to spawn Pandemonium Diablo. But I don't know how much we can say about that. I know a lot of Anni-hunters sit around there all day and wait for it, though.

Someone who knows more about this can probably fill you in on a lot of stuff that I've forgotten. I've seen Diablo walk the earth and drop an Anni for me exactly twice in two private games in two years, so I'm not exactly an expert. :wink3:
