Which setup should i use? (2 inside)

This setup will give me 34-35 in all of my lightning skills, max resists and 341 mf

Which one do you think that I should do. Yes, I know that some of the items could be better but this is what i have.

I would go with the Tal's, but trade up the Nagels, Chance Guards for something to help you kill better. Magefist would help you hit the FCR breakpoint of 63, and would give you more damage if you are using fire. For the rings I would suggest Stone's of Jordan, but since they're duped so much I wouldn't advise it unless you found them yourself.

I'm not familiar with Sanctuary Shied, but if you can I would trade it for a +35% FCR spirit, so you'll be able to break the 105 FCR breakpoint.
