best place to find skill charms?

i've looked around and i know i've seen it before but i can't find it now...

i know that monsters need to be a certain level to drop charms that can have +skills, but where would be the most ideal place to farm those charms? (for picking up/re-rolling)

Nightmare act 3 onwards for plain skillers. Only charms worth rerolling are those dropped by baal/nihlathak/diablo in hell

thanks! if the mods can be dropped in NM act 3, wouldn't those be the best to re-roll?

all skiller i found we're on hell: travincal, shenk,eldrich, chaos sanctuary... i think chaos sanctuary is best place because i found more then half of them there even with low mf chars while on the other places i was using a mf soso with 600+ mf.

wrong. in act4 nm you can only find plain skiller. niha,dia,baal charms are used to reroll and they can become skiller with adds like life or fhr and with these mods they're price boosts a lot, for example clean pala combat sk=3 hr, pala combat sk with ~40 life=12 hr+...

Actually you can get skillers with second mods for Grand Charms above the ilvl of 50 . You just dont get the top ones like 40 + Health as a second mod. however if you reroll charms of ilvl 77 and above you have a chance at a skiller and vita. but the number of suffixes and prefixes increase and hence your overall chance to get the skiller you need pretty much decreases.
