which act1 merc bow for harmony?

Im making my new bowzon and decided I want to equip my merc with harmony, I just cant decide which bow to use:

(assume I am giving fanat aura)

the choices:

Great Bow, can hit 9frame attack with 30%IAS easily obtainable from an ed/ias helm(or mavs until I can afford the ed/ias lol)

Diamond Bow, hits 9frame attack with 48%IAS would have to sacrifice fortitude armor here to hit this

or hydra bow, needs 70%IAS, again, means to hit this I cant use fortitude

all 3 easily 8fpa with just a 45ias helm.

So which Do i choose? lol

k, thanks, i presume there arent other options Im forgetting about hehe:)

now to try and find a 15%ed superioer 4 socket great bow :/ any idea what the value of 1 is?

In Europe, you could get one for about an hr.
