Does mace mastery help with scepters?

Mace mastery works on weapons that state "mace class" when you hover your mouse over it, i.e. a caduceus.

The reason I formulated my answer in the way I did, is due to the fact that I have no idea what later considers "scepters". I can't be more clear than this. If he had asked: "Does mace mastery work with a cadeceus?", the I could have said "yes".
