Hi Guys :P basically atm i have 1 lvl 92 fury druid for pvm and pvp and 1 mule. My druid has all his gear. How u ask? basically from the skillers i found on chaos and baal runs...eventually got an anni...and that one anni got me all my gear. Idk how many times i saw games saying 13hrs for any anni come fast...but basically i sold 1 anni got a bunch of hrs...got a new anni for less...wash rinse repeat. To the point...My druid just needs a few high end charms. I'm looking to make 1 last char. I decided to go with a sorc. I would like to be able to make her a mostly pvp char...but still be able to have around 250-300 mf (which is what i hear is most efficient) so i can mf and gain a little wealth that way....and also to be able to rush some friends. basically 2 chars and a mule or 2 or 3 is all i have time for due to real life things llike school work etc. So any advice on a build or gear would be greatly appreciated...I'm looking forward to making friends in both the druid and sorc forums :P

p.s. i really like those nova spells...they sound and look cool...idk if those builds are good for pvp though....2nd choice would be something in the cold tree....i dont really like fire :(

edit: ive check the stickied guides...most seem a bit out of date.

Nova spells.. as far as I know, both nova spells are useless beyond A1 normal. Also I haven't seen many sorc duelers (most popular types seem to be necro, assassin, and paladin). Then again, I don't duel, so don't take my word for it.

If you're going to MF, I recommend a meteor/fireball or meteor/orb/fireball build. It really depends on your preference. The straight up meteor/fireball build is great for running meph since you can use the lava glitch and just meteor him until he's dead. The meteorb (http://forums.diabloii.net/showthread.php?t=254070) build is better for all-around playing since you encounter a lot of fire and cold immunes in Hell. Both the meteor and meteorb build are pretty much useless for dueling.

Basically it just depends on what you want to do. If you're fine with running one boss over and over and over, use the meteor/fireball build. If you want a little more variety, try the meteorb build. As I understand it's a pretty basic staple for mf'ers.

as i said im looking for a pvp build :P that would also be able to mf a little when im bored. T dont mind only being able to mf a few certain spots...pvp is more important to me. I duel alot with my fury druid...and i see sorc's own it up alot....of course lots of pallys also as about half the ppl on bnet are pallys...i dont see many necros at all however.

Oh you mean high level dueling. I was thinking of low level dueling. Like I said, I don't know much about dueling.

Even so, I just read a topic that said light or blizzard sorcs are popular builds for dueling. Either would do pretty well for mf'ing on the side as long as you don't run into immunes, since you would only have 1 element tree to use. I would suggest picking out a MF target in advance and making sure it doesn't have immunity to your chosen tree.

No.

Nova sorcs are still very viable since the introduction of Infinity. Frost nova has never been useful for anything, and i doubt it will be anytime soon

Make a low requirement infinity (scythe) and have the sorc hold it. Go ES, hit 105 fcr and you have a fast CS runner
