WW Barb Questions

I have a few questions about skill setup and equipment etc for a whirlwind barb, mainly used for goldfinding and pvp. I need some input from someone who knows their stuff.

My skill setup is as follows:
For a level 90 Barbarian
(+12 points from skill quests in all 3 difficulties)

Whirlwind - 20
Axe Mastery - 20
Shout - 20
Battle Orders - 20
Natural Resist - 1
Battle Command - 1
Rest in Iron Skin and Prerequisites

Are these skills correct or is there something else I should try to hit up?

Also, I'm thinking of using 2 axes instead of 1 axe and a shield. I will be using a ethereal breath of the dying berserker axe and a Last Wish berserker axe. I find this combination to be pretty viable on paper, but I've never tested it.

Gear:
(For goldfinding, I'll just swap out gloves/rings and boots)

Would I be better off using Drac's or Steelrends?
Would I be better off using Highlords or Metalgrid?
Would I be better off using Arreat's or some other helmet?

the skill setup can be used in BvB, cant be used for BvC.
if you want to BvB at all, you need axe and shield. namely grief ba and storm.
max block with max DR%.
but if its just pvm, choose what you want, 2 axes kill faster.
using griefz///beastz will deal more damage....i prefer ebotdz paired with beast for the lower repair in PvM.
