Please help me with my smiter paladin

hi my name is DTF TeRrOr and i have good characters as in zealer, and hammerdin, but i want to make a really good uber smiting pally. I know the equipment i need like coh, exile, gores, etc. But i came here to ask for what level should i wait to untill i use all of my stat points and how many should i put in each catagorie sorry for asking and whoever helps me out i am a East "Non ladder" and i will give you any type of rush anytime i am on but if anyone can help soon that would be awsome ok thanks for your time.

Edit: My zealer/smiter followed the 1pt Smiter Guide above.
He uses:
Guillemes
Smoke armour
Rare ammy with resists and skills
HoZ + pdiamond
Dracs
SoE
Natures Peace
Raven Frost
Gores

Weapon was Nords Tenderizer before I swapped to Oath.

Various resistance charms. I don't play on the Realms so no anni/torch or duped runes etc.

Stats depend on gear. I use RWM so I do have access to ladder runewords.
Level 90 (inc gear):
Str 162
Dex 117
Vit 308
Energy 35 (base)

Max: HShield, zeal and fanat. 1 point in prereqs and salvation.
5 stat and 13 skill points left over
Max resists

I know you're supposed to seriously overstack for the ubers but as I play SP I am not really the best person to ask.

ohhh so your single player ohhh i thought you might of been on ladder but its cool yeah i am east non ladder and i read most of the 1pt gude and i still couldnt see about the stat points on when i should use them or what should i put them on..... can you please helm me with that and see if you can find that but if you can thanks.

Depends if you can be rushed by someone or not. If you can be rushed then you put all your stat points ONLY when you can wear all of your gear.

Lets say starting from lvl 75 when you can wear torch and anni is the most common stat allocation level. Some people wait even more, to lvl 80 for Arach or lvl 82 for CoA or just upto lvl 90 - 95 to benefit maximum from Enigma str bonus.

Stat allocation is typicaly like this:
Str = enough to carry all items
Dex = well, if you have HoZ then nothing there or just enough to carry PB if you have one.
Vita = everything what left goes here
NRG = none
