Smite BP Question

Alright, so i have decided to use stormlash as my weapon for my smiter (NON Lader) so i have a question about hitting the last smite BP. So with maces, the bp with fanta is 35% soooo is that 35% including the 30% thats on the weapon, or does it need to be 35% besides the IAS on the weapon? Just wondering if i should just shael the stormlash, or if i need some ias gloves and a 15ias jewel in my helm or what. Thanks

With a Scourge (not any mace) and a level 20 fanaticism aura, you need 35% IAS from all sources (weapon and armor) to reach 6 fps. Stormlash has 30% IAS, so you only needan additional 5% IAS. A 15%IAS/something-else jewel anywhere would do the trick for you. As would any of the gloves with 10% or 20% IAS.
