Noob question from a veteran?!

Ok, this just kind of crossed my mind as I xfered marrowalks in an uberleveling game..

I dont totally know how uberlevling works, I just spin for alot of my friends.. But I do know the basics.. Like how a necro has to Bonewall..My question(s) is this... Will Bone Prison work the glitch? And if so, couldn't anybody simply put a marrowalks and bone prison, eliminating the need to have a necro ( they are kind of rare, for some reason, on USeast) And if that doesnt work, are thier wands that give bone wall charges that might work?

If any of these do work I take full credit for coming up with a great way to save time:rolleyes:

If this is not accepted on the forums, I declare Ive never taken part in such a disgusting event as Uberlvling :thumbsup:

I've toyed with this idea as well, but my guess is that even if it worked, it would be hopelessly impractical. Here's why...

Bone Prison requires a hostile target for it to activate. One way is to have a skeleton wandering around the leecher's area. Getting him in there without killing him is hard enough, not to mention the danger he poses to level 10 characters.

Another way is to have a hostile player inside. The problem is that if you are hostile to someone inside Uber Trist, you cannot enter the portal... so this won't work either. It may be possible to juggle hostiling and un-hostiling to get everyone in... but you may was well just bring in a necro since the hostile player would not be getting any experience anyway.

I can't think of any easy ways to activate Bone Prison without requiring an extra player, or having monsters running around.

There are wands with Bone Wall +skills, but not charges. This means a necro is still required, but they don't have to have the BW skill.

IMHO it should be pretty easy to offer a low level necro a free g-rush and a spot in your Uber levelling run. ;)

Ok, well what about Diablo being able to Bone Prison your Town Portals? That might give you an elidgible target for BP w/o any risks..

Do Bone Prisons work on town portals? I know Diablo can do it, but I haven't tried with a player character. In any event, TP's don't work in Uber Trist. :(

Anyway, kudos for a brilliant idea. ;)
