i'm not quite a fan of necromancer, but i like sorc, i guess i'll chose a metorb sorc, is there a guide for that?

well yeah i can....and you can get some good items for them for a pgems just cube all ur gems and u can get some decent equip for cheap.

and here is the guide http://forums.diabloii.net/showthread.php?t=254070

the guide is pretty well written...just give it a read and if you have any questions feel free to ask...you will get better answer if you ask specific sorc questions in the sorc forum.

read the guide

Basically this
Max Frozen Orb
Max Fireball
Max Meteor
1point in all these static field, telekenisis, teleport, warmth
A handfull of points into Cold Mastery(aim for +8 including ur +skills from equip)
And put the rest into these 2 skills
Firebolt
Fire Mastery
(try to make these to even in points.)

with maxed Frozen Orb and some points(8) in cold mastery it will be pretty good mfer, and again, meteorbs can be pretty good with subpar gear
you don't want to put points only into fire, as most of hell is fire immune(fallen, venom lords, death knights to name a few)

ok thanks alot, and why do i need telekenesis? unless it's manditory to get advanced skills

just 1 point because with a few +skills you will be fine. and yes its mandatory to get to teleport.

Just read the guide it is pretty good it will give you ideas on gear for the rich and the poor...

O and 1 important thing get an insight runeword for your act2 merc. it equals infinite mana pool.

edit: and not trying to be a stickler but stickies are there for a reason...and watch double posting you can edit for up to 1hour for a reason.
