I can't seem to trade off my 19/12 sin torch so I figured I'd just make an assasin. As it happens I just found a near perf nat helm and my buddy picked up a nat claw yesterday so I think I'll use em. Note that damn near anything is within my budget but I'd prefer not to have to trade for some super godly claw on the off hand.

I was thinking of a sort of ghostsin with a chaos claw on the off hand.

I'm currently working (slowly) on a Tiger Strike Assassin who will eventually use Nat's and a Bartuc's or Jade Talon. Seems like it would be a good fit for the set.

phoenix stiker is about the best and only option in my oppinion, (rubbish boots for kickers, not enough skills for trapping) and with full nats set a phoenix striker should work pretty well

and to the above poster, what finishing move to you plan to use? as how i see it the best finishing move is DTail which wants high damage base for the boots

Ok, here's a quick run through of what I was thinking.

Traps:
20 lightning sentry
20 death sentry
1 fire blast
1 shock web
1 wake of fire
1 blade sentinal
1 blade fury
1 blade shield (can't hurt and I've got the extra skills points)

Shadow
20 Claw Mastery
3 Claw Block
1 into every other skill

This leaves me finished at level 67 (can't even equip nats at this point...)
I intend to get this char to about level 85 so I've got another 18 skill points to spend and I'm thinking 3 into shadow master (for best eq possible) and the rest into venom. How effective is acctualy putting points into mind blast?

Helm: Nats (no idea on socket, ed jewel?)
Armor: Nats (no idea on sockets, ed jewels?)
Ammy: Highlords
Rings: 2xBK
Weapon 1: Nats (was thinking ber)
Weapon 2: Chaos Sci Suwayah
Gloves: Laying of Hands
Belt: Trang's
Boots: Nats
Switch: Cta + Spirit (it's 7 more strength, why the hell not?)
Torch + Anni

Alternatively, I could cham the helm or armor and use arachs for another +1.

What is actually the idea behind that skill-point allocation? You will be WW in PvM with sub-optimal traps? You can't count on the physical melee damage of WW to kill things...

Nat's set is pretty much made for a Phoenix Striker.

Personally I think ww is about the worst pvm skill there is.

Phoenix striker all the way, you won't be disappointed. Check out the stickied guides for a nice layout.
