Best Baal HDin Build

I've decided to remake my HDin and make him completely perfect when it comes to running baal. Perfect stat point allocation, skills, gear etc.

Basically I'm looking for opinions on opinions regarding:
Ber'd Shako vs CoA vs 2/20 Circlet
Mara's vs 2/10 Ammy
HoZ vs Exile vs Spirit
SoJs vs BKs vs FCR
125 vs 90 FCR

For just pvm (no intention of pvp)

Shako
Either - depends if the rest of your gear gets you to 125fcr
Spirit in 40+ res elite pally shield (preferably low str req, ie sacred targe)

So I did some math and I've came to the conclusion that Shako, 2/10/15dex/15ish fr ammy, 35/45 sacred targe, dual bk is the best set up. Maxed all resists, more DPS then 80 fcr, more health, more mana, maxed block. Lower defense is only draw back.

So does anybody have a 2/10/15ish dex/15ish FR ammy for trade? Or a 45 resists sacred targe?

Just recently made a 35%FCR 45Res Spirit S. Targe. It's going to be on my Hammerdin for awhile :(

edit: if you're on West, expect to pay at least 20HRs for a 45Res S. Targe (plain). However, you might find the clueless trader who might trade it to you for 3HRs; I was blessed to meet such a person :)
