Need few hints with my first assasin a kicker

Got some questions cuz i decided to scrap my pal for time being, and make kicker instead, i read both Janus`s guide and Ilkori`s, but i started building from Janus`s, they seem to not agree on some points with kickers that wanna do ubers too, like max block or all vita build.

I intend to use beast as weapon with nice fanatism aura, any ideas how much more ias i need to read some nice breakpoint? i intend to use fade almost constantly

Also i wonder if Might aura adds damage to my kicks? or should i stick with my blessed aim merc

Also i cant decide if i wanna use upped goreriders or shadowdancers (+2 22dex) i have both

This is gear i intend to use:

beast
duress
shadowd or gores
maras
raven
rare with dual leach
verdungos
stormshield
draculs
guillamues
anni

so using shadow would bring my CB to 70% while Gores would get 85%

another thing is, im beginning to pile up skill points, shes lvl 60 now, and venom is maxed, shadowmaster and dragon talon are almost maxed, so i guess its either deathsentry now or fade

With Janus' guide I assume you mean the warrior monk. The reason he does not advice max block is because it is not really a kicking guide (but a guide for Blade Fury, which just happens to have many leftover skill points) and his primary shield is a Phoenix, which simply requires to much dex for max block.

If you use a Stormshield, go max block.

Beast in a beserker axe should at least hit 9/3 kicks.

It adds damage.

It's a hard choice. Either would do fine. Think about you what find is more important, more CB or extra vita (because less dex for max block) and skills for Venom and Fade.

Before you start putting too many points in fade, you don't need it maxed for DR% (since dungo's and SS give always 50 with a lvl 5 fade) and at lvl 7 or 8 you've got most of the res out of it. Think about this.

Did trist alone with this girl, first time i soled em :cool: and shes still only lvl80

Died lots of times in process too and sorta gave up at first depite Diablo went down pretty easy, but then it just seemed the lifeleach wasent enough for the hordes around comming at me at the other two brothers

Then, outta rejuvs and only healthpotions i started playing hide and seek in the houses, thats basically what made it possible, assassin-styleish or something :smiley:

got a crappy ama torch :tongue: but doesnt matter so much, was fun :laugh:

If you PvM and will use her to Uber. Then consider these:

- Enigma is useful in Trist when you got cornered/surrounded.
- Mindblast is very useful skill PvM and PvP
- You don't need a lot of skill in Death sentry ( more skill, more radius )
- A "cheap" ladder only rw weapon called Lawbringer is the little wonder in Uber trist. ( I use it PvM, organ runs and Uber )
- Lightning sentry is another very good skill worth to max ( if you have lot of skill points left )

Havent noticed thatone before so i read abit bout Lawbringer, arreat summit says : `Effect: Damages and does knockback to the Undead. Ignores Physical Resistances and Immunities Of Undead Monsters`

does it really knockback all the minions that spawn near ubers, so you can go at em without 20 others chopping you to pieces ?

Exact! At least , they couldn't swarm you. ( Just like an invisible shield )
Except the deathlords etc... so mostly skellies will get kb. ( And Doomknights in WSL )
And other mods are just "right" for a kicker.

oh, sounds great, crowd control was biggest problem for me in trist i think, ill try this next time :)
