I followed niner's Whateverdin guide with a few modifications and now I beat down everything. Nice Guide.
But my question is what if I use a Beast Runeword Zerker instead of the Lastwish and keep most of the other items the same? Then sub in a act2 might or holy freeze merc or maybe an Act5 merc with a Lawbringer (as that seems to be the new fun thing). Is the transformation into the bear really worth it for the bonus to life and such? Also, what attack skill do you use when in the bear form? Does Vengeance work? Maybe FoH (does that get the synergy boost from the Dream)? or Smite... haha... a smiting Bear!
I was thinking about starting a new guy but don't have the Beast yet and was trying to decide if I should even bother. I thought it would be pretty funny to see a Bear with a few auras spinning around his feet.

The Whateverbear:
20 resist lightning
20 HS
20 Conviction
??

Equipment:
Ammy - Highlords
Rings - Ravenfrost and Carrion Wind - I like the twisters and poison... plus a little life steal before the lifetap hits or another ring with bonuses that would help you
Armor - CoH
Helm - Dream
Belt - T-gods or IAS if you need it
Gloves - drac's or IAS if you need it
Boots - gores
Shield - exile (if no drac's) or phoenix

Some + res charms and such in the inventory. Does a Druid torch boost the WereBear?

Enigma or Duress could be used too. There are probably a few other items that could be used, but I have just mentioned the stuff that my Whateverdin wears as it seems to work quite well.

I have started to ramble, but this build might actually hold merit!

What do you think?

Thanks in advance.

For non-druids, you will use your regular attack in bear form. If you're bothering to crank your RL, why not use two dreams instead of an exile? If you're going the conviction route, then a weapon that deals elemental damage would be better than beast. The palabear is a legit build, but this sounds like you need to make the choice....auradin or bear?
