3trap/3ls/1os GT vs 2/3/2os Claw

Was wondering what the average trapper values more, one more Skill point in sentry, to technically hit the highest trap damage possible, or 1 more socket, to play around with and make trap speed more attainable. I recently snagged a 3 trap, 3 light sentry, 1 socket GT (which is a faster base anyway) and sold my 2 sin, 3 LS, 2 socket Scis Suw (which I had to use -req/res jewels in instead of ias XP) and figure it was a great improvement. What are your thoughts? People seem to value the GT less from my recent PC's which seems silly to me but maybe they know something I don't?

I'm starting to think it's because no one that has PC'd em has seen enough of them around hah. Regardless it has more use to me than the old one because it keeps my average weapon speed the same on both claws for trap laying when I off hand it, and theres no way to beat 6 LS I think lol.

Well, i think 2sin is better than 3traps. The 2sin is great for mind blast and weapon block.... block but if this is for pvm only 6LS might be better.

thats definitely a good trade. i would take the gt over the ss claw anytime. they are the 2 sin skill and 3 trap is almost the same value since there is use for the shadow tree anyways. even thoughu lost one socket out of the trade, u gain it back with the lower requirement and the -30 on the claw is not replacable. good trade.

if u ever decide to sell that gt claw. let me know =)
