Warcry skillers for other chars?

So I built a pally who pretty much only need life from charms. He uses CtA so I figure if I can boost the level of battle orders his life will go up. With one Warcry skiller he'll get an extra 70 life as opposed two 3x20 life small charms which will give 60 (before BO of course).

So I was just wondering if the skiller will help my BO or if it only helps barbs?

It will only help barbs. The text says "for barbs only".

Only Barbs. And it's the same for any other cross-class skillers on other chars, btw.
