Does anyone actually use wwsins for PvM? I just made a new sin with the intention of going ww/trap in pvm, but I find I need about 10k+ in repairs to my claws for about a minute of pvm whirlwinding. Any way to avoid this other than getting mass ort runes or just not using ww?

IMO WW on a asn is horrid PvM. Even witht he traps.. I would say go kick or something ^^
Don't use superior claws. That's what is costing so much. Pure ww with a point in death sentry and maxed shadow master can solo the game. My sin does it and she is Natala's set. Yes she solo's her own baal run. However I did put a Ber rune in Nat's claw, and poison facets in all of the armor sockets and helm.

I just scrapped my kicker. It could beast basically anything in the game, I just disliked its lack of ability to attack more than one target at once. The wwsin actually did well in PvM by way of Light Sent/Death sent, and infinity merc, and super high venom, I just went broke in about 20 minutes from lack of gold for claw upkeep. I understand this is primarily a PvP build, so do claws not loose durability when attacking other players? I just find it odd I've never heard anyone address this issue before.
edit: The runewords are in normal base Runic/Feral claws. I originally had a set made in superior that was even more outrageous to repair than these. I specifically found non-superior claws this time for that very reason. I guess I just need to ditch the offhand chaos (I use chaos/chaos because I needed more raw damage for pvm) and pick up something rare thats cheaper to repair. I still dont know if it would be affordable even with just one Chaos at the rate the durability depletes. It's totally insane, with just a couple of whirlwinds you seriously kill 2-3 durability points.
