Question about Re-Roll Jewels

I'm thinking of re-rolling jewels so I have some better jewels ... what ilvl should I have for re-rolling to get the best Low Level Duel Jewels ? Should I keep all my ilvl 11 Jewels for making 9 Max Jewels and all my ilvl 25 jewels to make 15 Max Damge jewels

any suggestions would be welcomed

I would try and use the lowest level jewel you can that is able to get any mod you want on the jewel. Because that limits the amount of things that the jewel can roll, thus raising ur chances for what you are looking for.

from what i've seen of the guys that do this semi professionally. they take normal andy dropped jewels (rares) and use the 6 skull recipe with a lvl 21 character. i've not done it myself and you should wait to get a confirmation on this before you spend and account of skulls. this is for vlld jewels.
